Subject: Advice and new part fitted

Just started to get back into the bike world

So got a deal on a 2nd hand road bike from a guy at work which was very nice but needed a few bits doing booked it in with my local shop picked it up after they fitted a new rear mech.
But a few weeks later the problems came back so I looked for a shop with good feed back
I found jozef's

So I dropped the bike in the day before the tour de France hit the uk so they were off to watch
But they fitted me in and replaced the crank at an agreed price

The service was over and above what I would have expected
A tex when the bike was ready
They had road tested the bike

And it worked like a dream

Highly recommended by me

I popped into Jozef's cycles and repairs last week. The young woman who served me was incredibly friendly, efficient and polite. The guy was so helpful, and knowledgable. He took great care and attention to my bike that it came out like new. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They were just brilliant! Thank you guys!

I have been looking for over month for the perfect bike and I eventually find it thank to Jozef's Cycles and Repairs.

Extraordinary quality bikes, a very good range of different models with the most convenient prices for either bikes and accessories or services.

I have been very satisfied with the excellence of their professioanlism and the genuine patience and kindness of the team.

Totally recommended if you are looking for good quality and balanced prices in a friendly and extremely professional environment.
